I bring decades of experience supporting women entering motherhood and into the postpartum period through emotional, physical and educational support, along with Massage Therapy, Counselling & debriefing birth experiences.

My background also included, 30 years as a Massage Therapist, and Counsellor, video producer with projects aired on Global TV, Banff Festival of Mountain Films, and key note speaker at International Conferences.

A good portion of my life has focused on being of service in my community; volunteering with Victoria Hospice, Land Search & Rescue, Marine Search & Rescue, BC Ambulance Service, Victim Services, and the Victoria Parole Office.

 

I was raised in Victoria, but have lived in Vancouver, Calgary, Halifax and Los Angeles.  Back in Victoria with family and friends, I look forward to sharing my passions, education and gifts as a Birth & Postpartum Doula and Facilitator for Women's Retreats.
